Ensure that 8-bit mode is selected for the on-board Realtek RTL8019AS chip on Toshiba RBHMA4x00, get rid of the duplicate #ifdef's when setting ei_status.word16. The chip's datasheet says that the PSTOP register shouldn't exceed 0x60 in 8-bit mode -- ensure this too. Correct the base address of the Realtek RTL8019AS chip on the Toshiba RBTX4938 board -- this should make the driver work at least when CONFIG_PCI is enabled. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
