For device whose version is above V3(include V3), the GL can
select EQE or CQE mode, so adds support for it.

In CQE mode, the coalesced timer will restart when the first new
completion occurs, while in EQE mode, the timer will not restart.

Currently, when query PFC configuration by dcbtool, driver will return
PFC enable status based on TC. As all priorities are mapped to TC0 by
default, if TC0 is enabled, then all priorities mapped to TC0 will be
shown as enabled status when query PFC setting, even though some
priorities have never been set.

for example:
$ dcb pfc show dev eth0
pfc-cap 4 macsec-bypass off delay 0
prio-pfc 0:off 1:off 2:off 3:off 4:off 5:off 6:off 7:off
$ dcb pfc set dev eth0 prio-pfc 0:on 1:on 2:on 3:on
$ dcb pfc show dev eth0
pfc-cap 4 macsec-bypass off delay 0
prio-pfc 0:on 1:on 2:on 3:on 4:on 5:on 6:on 7:on

To fix this problem, just returns user's PFC config parameter saved in
driver.

However, this method may cause errors when processing more complex file
names. So, change this method by saving cmd in private data and comparing

In bond 4, when the link goes down and up repeatedly, the bond may get an
unknown speed, and then this port can not work.

The driver notify netif_carrier_on() before update the link state, when the
bond receive carrier on, will query the speed of the port, if the query
operation happens before updating the link state, will get an unknown
speed. So need to notify netif_carrier_on() after update the link state.

After the cmdq registers are cleared, the firmware may take time to

If a PF is bonded to a virtual machine and the virtual machine exits
unexpectedly, some hardware resource cannot be cleared. In this case,
loading driver may cause exceptions. Therefore, the hardware resource
needs to be cleared when the driver is loaded.

vfio_pci_vendor_driver_ops includes these parts:
(1) .probe() and .remove() interface to be called by vfio_pci_probe()
and vfio_pci_remove().
(2) pointer to struct vfio_device_ops. It will be registered as ops of vfio
device if .probe() succeeds.
(3) vendor modules call macro module_vfio_pci_register_vendor_handler to
generate module_init and module_exit.
(4) export functions vfio_pci_vendor_data(), vfio_pci_irq_type(),
vfio_pci_num_regions(), vfio_pci_pdev(), and functions in vfio_pci_ops,
so they are able to be called from outside modules and make them a kind of
inherited by vfio_device_ops provided by vendor modules
(5) allows a simpler VFIO_DEVICE_GET_INFO ioctl in vendor driver,
let vfio_pci know number of vendor regions and vendor irqs
(6) allows vendor driver to read/write to bars directly which is useful
in security checking condition.
(7) allows vendor driver triggers this VFIO_IRQ_TYPE_REMAP_BAR_REGION
when it wants to notify userspace to remap PCI BARs.

and these devices have PASID capability though not supporting TLP.

exception will occur if reading registers. Therefore, this patch uses
'debugfs_create_file' instead of 'debugfs_create_regset32' to create

configuration method can't restore the faulty device. The endian
needs to be configured according to the system properties. So fix it.

The open interface of the sva prefetching function is distinguish the chip
version. But the close interface of the sva prefetching function doesn't
distinguish the chip version. As a result, the sva prefetching close
operation is also performed on Kunpeng920, those registers are important
on Kunpeng920, which eventually leads to abnormal hardware problems. So
need to fix it immediately.

Some vendor IOMMU drivers doesn't implement their own domain_get_attr
callback or the processing of DOMAIN_ATTR_NESTING. Then
iommu_domain_get_attr may return an error. But it shouldn't affect the
result of vfio_pci_enable. We print a log to indicate the error and
return 0.

Currently, four reset types are supported for the HNS3 ethernet
driver: IMP reset, global reset, function reset, and FLR. Only
FLR can now be triggered by the user. To restore the device when
an exception occurs, add support for triggering reset by ethtool.

Run the "ethtool --reset DEVNAME mgmt | all | dedicated" to
trigger the IMP | global | function reset manually.

In addition, VF can only trigger function reset.

driver supports SPI operations using FIFO mode of transfer.
