Most PCI implementations perform simple root bus scanning. Rather than having each group of platforms provide a duplicated bus scan function, provide the PCI configuration ops structure via the hw_pci structure, and call the root bus scanning function from core ARM PCI code. Most PCI implementations use the standard PCI swizzle function, which handles the well defined behaviour of PCI-to-PCI bridges which can be found on cards (eg, four port ethernet cards.) Rather than having almost every platform specify the standard swizzle function, make this the default when no swizzle function is supplied. Therefore, a swizzle function only needs to be provided when there is something exceptional which needs to be handled. This gets rid of the swizzle initializer from 47 files, and leaves us with just two platforms specifying a swizzle function: ARM Integrator and Chalice CATS. Add the two standard UART signals (GPIO46_STUART_RXD, GPIO47_STUART_TXD) to the initial mfp config table hx4700_pin_config[] passed to pxa2xx_mfp_config(). Although pxa2xx_transceiver_mode() can subsequently set these two signals via its own call to pxa2xx_mfp_config(), pxa2xx_transceiver_mode() is only present when CONFIG_PXA_FICP=y. This patch enables the ASIC3 GPIO (12) as a wakeup source: 1. Set the WAKEUP_ON_EDGE_RISE MFP config bits for GPIO12 in hx4700_pin_config[]. 2. Call gpio_set_wake() for GPIO12. The pcm990 baseboard for the pcm027 module used to setup a static mapping for accessing the CPLD. It became illegal to call iotable_init that late. The pcm027 support is broken since then. This patch switches the cpld support to ioremap and removes all references to previous static mappings. Pins configured as input and have MFP_LPM_DRIVE_* flag set, can have a wrong output value for some period of time (spike) during the suspend sequence. This can happen because the direction of the pins (GPDR) is set by software and the output level is set by hardware (PGSR) at a later stage. Fix the above potential bug by setting the output levels first. Also save the actual levels of the pins before the suspend and restore them after the resume, but before the direction settings take place, so the same bug as described above will not happen in the resume sequence. Pins that have MFP_LPM_KEEP_OUTPUT set and are configured for output must retain the output state in low power mode. Currently, the pin direction configuration is overrided with values in gpdr_lpm[] array and do not obey the MFP_LPM_KEEP_OUTPUT setting. In 3.3, gpio wakeup setting was broken. The call enable_irq_wake() didn't set up the PXA gpio registers (PWER, ...) anymore. Fix it at least for pxa27x. The driver doesn't seem to be used in pxa25x (weird ...), and the fix doesn't extend to pxa3xx and pxa95x (which don't have a gpio_set_wake() available). With commit c334bc15 (ARM: make mach/io.h include optional), PCMCIA was broken. PCMCIA depends on __io() returning a valid i/o address, and most ARM platforms require IO_SPACE_LIMIT be set to 0xffffffff for PCMCIA. This needs a better fix with a fixed i/o address mapping, but for now we just restore things to the previous behavior. This fixes at91, omap1, pxa and sa11xx. pxa needs io.h if PCI is enabled, but PCMCIA is not. sa11xx already has IO_SPACE_LIMIT set to 0xffffffff, so it doesn't need an io.h. This does a sweeping change fixing up all the missing system_misc.h and system_info.h includes from the system.h split-up change. These were the ones I came across when building all defconfigs in arch/arm/configs, there might be more but they lack adequate build coverage to be easily caught. The only users of ARCH_HAS_DMA_SET_COHERENT_MASK are 2 ARM platforms: ixp4xx and pxa cm_x2xx. We've been getting lucky that the define is implicitly included before dma-mapping.h, but the removal of io.h broke things (c334bc15 ARM: make mach/io.h include optional). Since memory.h is the correct place, but no longer exists, convert the define to a kconfig entry. Both reboot (via reboot(RB_AUTOBOOT)) and suspend freeze on hx4700. Registration of pxa_gpio_syscore_ops is moved into pxa-gpio driver, but it still exists in arch-pxa directory. The bq24022 on these machines is a very simple regulator using gpios. One provides the on/off functionality and a second one is used to change the current between 100 and 500 mA. This functionality can also be provided by the more generic gpio-regulator. Therefore convert both machines which makes it possible to remove the bq24022 driver later on. Avoid to hard coded irq in rtc-sa1100 driver since we could share it among arch-sa1100/arch-pxa/arch-mmp. We still keep hard coded register address since the requirement is enabling both rtc-sa1100 and rtc-pxa driver. This changes the otg functions so that they receive struct otg instead of struct usb_phy as parameter and converts all users of these functions to pass the otg member of their usb_phy.
