Presently this is protected by a CONFIG_VSYSCALL ifdef so we don't inadvertently trigger the creation of the gate VMA on CPUs where we don't enable the vDSO, which is obviously not visible to userspace. Fix this up by adding in an ifndef __KERNEL__ check at the same time. Signed-off-by: NPaul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>

This follows the sparc changes a439fe51. Most of the moving about was done with Sam's directions at: http://marc.info/?l=linux-sh&m=121724823706062&w=2 with subsequent hacking and fixups entirely my fault. This adds in the L1I/L1D/L2 cache shape support to their respective entries in the ELF auxvt, based on the Alpha implementation. We use this on the userspace libc side for calculating a tightly packed SHMLBA amongst other things. Signed-off-by: NPaul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>

This implements initial support for the vsyscall page on SH. At the moment we leave it configurable due to having nommu to support from the same code base. We hook it up for the signal trampoline return at present, with more to be added later, once uClibc catches up. Signed-off-by: NPaul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>

The size of auxiliary vector is fixed at 42 in linux/sched.h. But it isn't very obvious when looking at linux/elf.h. This patch adds AT_VECTOR_SIZE so that we can change it if necessary when a new vector is added. Because of include file ordering problems, doing this necessitated the extraction of the AT_* symbols into a standalone header file.
