Some events result in printing of the buffer when debug is
enabled. This printing was not very efficient. Changed to
macro so it comes out nice and clean without filling log buffer.

The structure brcmf_sdio contains a number of counters that are useful
for debugging. These were not available in user-space. This patch
exposes them in debugfs under the filename 'counters'.

This patch adds debugfs support to brcmfmac. It provide helper functions
to setup the debugfs folder structure for the driver, which has following
hierarchy:

<debugfs_mount>/brcmfmac/<dev_name>/

ie.: /sys/kernel/debug/brcmfmac/mmc0:0001:2/

The new source file provides functions to create and remove the two
folders and a function to retrieve the device-specific folder so files
can be created in it.

Current CONFIG_BRCMDBG flag when enabled does not
necessarily enable proper pr_debug output when
DEBUG is not also enabled.

Remove BCMDBG define and just use DEBUG instead.

Add the brcm80211 tree to drivers/net/wireless, and disable the version that's
in drivers/staging.  This version includes the sources currently in staging,
plus any changes that have been sent out for review.

Sources in staging will be deleted in a followup patch.

Convert multiple BRCMF_<debug_level> macros to a single
brcmf_dbg(level, fmt, ...) macro.

Remove the now unnecessary double parentheses in the uses
of the old macros when converting to brcmf_dbg.

Delete all uses of "%s: [fmt]", __func__, args... and move
the "%s: ", __func__ to the macro for consistency.

Coalesce long formats.

The header file dhd_dbg.h contains several macros used throughout
the code starting with DHD_. These have been renamed to get rid
of this broadcom specific acronym.

The common Makefile for both brcm80211 drivers defines the macro
BCMDBG upon select Kconfig item BRCMDBG. The fullmac source add
another macro DHD_DEBUG with the same meaning. This is removed
and all conditional code now checks for BCMDBG definition.

This patch to the existing bcm80211 directory in the staging tree adds fullmac
driver support for the BCM4329 SDIO chip from Broadcom.  Configuration of the
mac80211 driver or the fullmac driver can be done through menuconfig.
