Add the brcm80211 tree to drivers/net/wireless, and disable the version that's in drivers/staging. This version includes the sources currently in staging, plus any changes that have been sent out for review. Sources in staging will be deleted in a followup patch. AP advertizes max AMPDU rx length in beacon/probe response frame. Code now uses this information to limit the length of AMPDU frames it transmits. IEEE80211_AMPDU_TX_OPERATIONAL provides a BA window size parameter. Code is now using this parameter to restrict the amount of outstanding tx AMPDUs. Code cleanup. Broadcom specific ioctl functionality is not necessary in the Linux world. Deleted unused defines and structs from wlioctl.h. Moved softmac specific items from wlioctl.h to softmac header files, same for fullmac items. Moved shared fullmac/softmac definitions to other header files. The macro was used to assure function flagged with this macro were placed in a named section. However, in the linux build enviroment there is no such section specified in the linker scripts so it makes no sense to keep it in. Caused by brcmsmac.ko suppling a 0 value to Mac80211. Mac80211 subsequently divides by this number. Bug only occurred on AMPDU traffic. This is a fix for https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=32032, titled 'Divide error in minstrel_ht_tx_status followed by hang', reported by Wouter Cloetens.
