PM_SUSPEND, PM_RESUME and machine_is_h3xxx() are not used anywhere in
kernel (checked with git grep), so it's safe to remove them.

Since now ipaq_model_ops used only for accessing h3600 EGPIOs,
drop it completely and use assign_h3600_egpio() directly.

This patch fixes bad formatting found in
mach-sa1100 files.

What it does is to replace/delete things like
excessive spaces (start || endline). The code
looks the same just alot less junk.

Remove the remaining obsolete definitions from include/linux/pm.h and move
the definitions of PM_SUSPEND and PM_RESUME to the header of h3600 which
is the only user of them.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
