Currently the rtl8723bs driver will print "nolinked power save enter" and "nolinked power save leave" per minute if it's not connected to any network. These messages are meaningless and annoying to regular users. Hide them when it's not debugging. Implicit type conversions are bad; they hinder readability of code and have potential to cause bugs. Here the variable wait_ack is always supplied a bool value while in function declarations it is defined as an int type. Fix it by defining wait_ack a bool type in all usages. rtw_AcceptAddbaReq is a static variable, it is set once and never modified. It is referenced only once, to assign its value to a member of struct registry_priv.
