Currently there is no platform data used in the driver.  In case this
changes and for consistency NULL is passed unused to the soc specific
functions.

Since we're now using addruart to establish the debug mapping, we can
remove the io_pg_offst and phys_io members of struct machine_desc.

The various declarations were removed using the following script:

  grep -rl MACHINE_START arch/arm | xargs \
  sed -i '/MACHINE_START/,/MACHINE_END/ { /\.\(phys_io\|io_pg_offst\)/d }'

not be specified a second time.

Commit

	7536cf99 (ARM: imx: dynamically register spi_imx devices (imx27))

introduced a variable named "pca100_spi0_data" but passed
"&pca100_spi_0_data" to imx27_add_spi_imx0.  This wasn't noticed earlier
because both SPI_IMX and MACH_PCA100 are not enabled in mx27_defconfig.

This fixes a build failure:

The previous commit introduced one nand device per SoC.  Use this
directly instead of the compatibility macro that will break for
multi-SoC kernels.  And while at it remove the compatibility macro now
that all in-tree users are fixed.
