This patch moves initialisation of EHCI/I2C/UART platform devices
from the common orion5x_init() into the board support code.

The rationale behind this is that only the board support code knows
whether certain peripherals have been brought out on the board, and
not initialising peripherals that haven't been brought out is
desirable for example:
- to reduce user confusion (e.g. seeing both 'eth0' and 'eth1'
  appear while there is only one ethernet port on the board); and
- to allow for future power savings (peripherals that have not
  been brought out can be clock gated off entirely).

and MII management interface spinlock) into a struct hanging off the
shared platform device.  This is necessary to support chips that

Instead of forcing all device bus window setup through one function
with some enum as the first argument, create separate window setup
functions for each of the four possible targets, and do the demux
internally.  This allows getting rid of the window identifier enum
and the big switch statement in orion_setup_cpu_win().

Make the Orion PCIe/PCI code initialise MBUS decode windows based on
mbus_dram_target_info instead of reading the info from the Orion DDR
unit decode registers directly, and move the window code with the other
PCI code, where it can be called as part of the generic PCIe/PCI init
process.

The DNS-323, Kurobox-Pro / Linkstation-Pro, QNAP TS-109/TS-209 and some
other orion-based systems have several bogus memory entries in the tag
table, which causes the system to crash at startup. Ignore them by
resetting the tag ID to 0 in a machine fixup function.

Hack up the Orion port to distinguish between virtual and physical
addresses of register windows.  This will allow moving virtual
mappings higher up in the address space, to free up more kernel
virtual address space.

The Orion has fully programable address map. There's a separate address
map for each of the device _master_ interfaces, e.g. CPU, PCI, PCIE, USB,
Gigabit Ethernet, DMA/XOR engines, etc.

The Marvell Orion is a family of ARM SoCs with a DDR/DDR2 memory
controller, 10/100/1000 ethernet MAC, and USB 2.0 interfaces,
and, depending on the specific model, PCI-E interface, PCI-X
interface, SATA controllers, crypto unit, SPI interface, SDIO
interface, device bus, NAND controller, DMA engine and/or XOR
engine.

This contains the basic structure and architecture register definitions.
