None of these files are actually using any __init type directives and hence don't need to include <linux/init.h>. Most are just a left over from __devinit and __cpuinit removal, or simply due to code getting copied from one driver to the next. The one instance where we add an include for init.h covers off a case where that file was implicitly getting it from another header which itself didn't need it. CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev* markings need to be removed. This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata, __devinitconst, and __devexit from these drivers. Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand. IFC may have one or two interrupts. If two interrupt specifiers are present, the first is the "common" interrupt (CM_EVTER_STAT), and the second is the NAND interrupt (NAND_EVTER_STAT). If there is only one, that interrupt reports both types of event. Signed-off-by: NPrabhakar Kushwaha <prabhakar@freescale.com> Signed-off-by: NKumar Gala <galak@kernel.crashing.org>
