Add support for HP (High Performance TQS fem type 3) and SKW
(fem type 2). This is done by increasing the number of FEM
manufacturers to 4.

Usually FEM parameters from ini file are read from nvs file and
passed to firmware using TEST_CMD_INI_FILE_RADIO_PARAM. Still,
because the nvs file has only place for 2 FEMs, we need to pass the
new FEM types information in one of the available entries.

This is done by mapping new fem types 2,3 to entry 0. This solution
works for manual FEM selection. AutoDetect-FEM still support only
fem types 0 and 1.

Rename the wl12xx driver directory to wlcore as an initial step
towards the split of the driver into wlcore and wl12xx.  We just
rename the directory first to keep git blame happy.

Move wl12xx and wl1251 modules into a new drivers/net/wireless/ti
directory.  Add a TI WLAN Kconfig option and Makefile to support this
change.

The Low Power DRPw (LPD) mode contains several optimizations
that designed to reduce power consumption. The purpose
is to save current consumption in RX and Listen mode.

LPD setting apply only for wl127x AP mode (not wl128x)

Take care of FW & NVS with the auto-detection between wl127x and
wl128x.

This patch adds support for NVS files with 5GHz band parameters. The change
is done in a backward compatible manner - if 11a is not enabled in the driver,
the driver will allow also old NVS files to be loaded.
