cputime, cpuacct: Include guest time in user time in cpuacct.stat
stable inclusion from stable-v5.10.94 commit b72075e395b33761c574c4afbf6bb62fcab3ce6a bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I531X9 Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=b72075e395b33761c574c4afbf6bb62fcab3ce6a -------------------------------- commit 9731698e upstream. cpuacct.stat in no-root cgroups shows user time without guest time included int it. This doesn't match with user time shown in root cpuacct.stat and /proc/<pid>/stat. This also affects cgroup2's cpu.stat in the same way. Make account_guest_time() to add user time to cgroup's cpustat to fix this.
