ARM: RealView: Fix typo in the RealView/PBX Kconfig entry

A previous patch was introducing a SPARSEMEM dependency on
!HIGH_PHYS_OFFSET but it should actually be !REALVIEW_HIGH_PHYS_OFFSET.
