mmc: atmel-mci: use SET_RUNTIME_PM_OPS() macro

The currently used SET_PM_RUNTIME_PM_OPS() macro is defined to the
SET_RUNTIME_PM_OPS() macro. Convert to the later, since that's the
proper one to use.
