can: kvaser_usb: get CAN clock frequency from device
stable inclusion from stable-v5.10.85 commit 854a2bede1f03de960e4836236a260a4441af0ef bugzilla: 186032 https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I4QVI4 Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=854a2bede1f03de960e4836236a260a4441af0ef -------------------------------- commit fb12797a upstream. The CAN clock frequency is used when calculating the CAN bittiming parameters. When wrong clock frequency is used, the device may end up with wrong bittiming parameters, depending on user requested bittiming parameters. To avoid this, get the CAN clock frequency from the device. Various existing Kvaser Leaf products use different CAN clocks.
