random: continually use hwgenerator randomness
stable inclusion from stable-v5.10.119 commit 0b9e36e895bbdfea615e7df713dcea65930e0f4d category: bugfix bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I5L6BB Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=0b9e36e895bbdfea615e7df713dcea65930e0f4d -------------------------------- commit c321e907 upstream. The rngd kernel thread may sleep indefinitely if the entropy count is kept above random_write_wakeup_bits by other entropy sources. To make best use of multiple sources of randomness, mix entropy from hardware RNGs into the pool at least once within CRNG_RESEED_INTERVAL. Cc: Herbert Xu <herbert@gondor.apana.org.au> Cc: Jason A.
