net/mlx5e: Mutually exclude RX-FCS and RX-port-timestamp
stable inclusion from stable-5.10.75 commit 12da46cb6a90541d39267034dd6a94b0335881e4 bugzilla: 182987 https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I4I3MP Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=12da46cb6a90541d39267034dd6a94b0335881e4 -------------------------------- commit 0bc73ad4 upstream. Due to current HW arch limitations, RX-FCS (scattering FCS frame field to software) and RX-port-timestamp (improved timestamp accuracy on the receive side) can't work together. RX-port-timestamp is not controlled by the user and it is enabled by default when supported by the HW/FW. This patch sets RX-port-timestamp opposite to RX-FCS configuration.
