PCI/PME: Add pcie_walk_rcec() to RCEC PME handling
mainline inclusion from mainline-v5.11-rc1 commit 9a2f604f category: feature bugzilla: https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I51U4T CVE: NA Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=9a2f604f44979e0effa8cf067e5a8ecda729f23b -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Root Complex Event Collectors (RCEC) appear as peers of Root Ports and also have the PME capability. As with AER, there is a need to be able to walk the RCiEPs associated with their RCEC for purposes of acting upon them with callbacks. Add RCEC support through the use of pcie_walk_rcec() to the current PME service driver and attach the PME service driver to the RCEC device.
