kasan: docs: update error reports section

Update the "Error reports" section in KASAN documentation:

 - Mention that bug titles are best-effort.

 - Move and reword the part about auxiliary stacks from "Implementation
   details".

 - Punctuation, readability, and other minor clean-ups.
