[ARM] 3635/1: S3C24XX: Add S3C2412 core cpu support

Patch from Ben Dooks

Add support for the Samsung S3C2412 and S3C2413 range
of SoCs. This patch contains the core identification,
debug macros, and basic register updates to get these
to build.
