Merge branches 'pm-cpuidle' and 'acpi-pm'

* pm-cpuidle:
  cpuidle: Drop unnecessary type cast in cpuidle_poll_time()
  cpuidle: Fix cpuidle_driver_state_disabled()
  cpuidle: use first valid target residency as poll time

* acpi-pm:
