Revert "ACPI / sleep: pm_power_off needs more sanity checks to be installed"

Revert commit 3130497f ("ACPI / sleep: pm_power_off needs more
sanity checks to be installed") that breaks power ACPI power off on a
lot of systems, because it checks wrong registers.
