Merge tag 'drm-misc-fixes-2022-11-09' of git://anongit.freedesktop.org/drm/drm-misc into drm-fixes

drm-misc-fixes for v6.1-rc5:
- HDMI fixes to vc4.
- Make panfrost's uapi header compile with C++.
- Add rotation quirks for 2 panels.
- Fix s/r in amdgpu_vram_mgr_new
- Handle 1 gb boundary correctly in panfrost mmu code.
