clk: tegra30: Use 300MHz for video decoder by default
stable inclusion from stable-5.10.50 commit 9fddbe9495ad022f051d4ca9640788c80c92ad07 bugzilla: 174522 https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I4DNFY Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=9fddbe9495ad022f051d4ca9640788c80c92ad07 -------------------------------- [ Upstream commit 56bb7c28 ] The 600MHz is a too high clock rate for some SoC versions for the video decoder hardware and this may cause stability issues. Use 300MHz for the video decoder by default, which is supported by all hardware versions.
