drm/panel: otm8009a: allow using non-continuous dsi clock
stable inclusion from stable-5.10.10 commit a6d508c63573de7682305910cee05ceda28b778a bugzilla: 47610 -------------------------------- commit 880ee3b7 upstream. The panel is able to work when dsi clock is non-continuous, thus the system power consumption can be reduced using such feature. Add MIPI_DSI_CLOCK_NON_CONTINUOUS to panel's mode_flags.
