x86/hyper-v: Drop HV_X64_CONFIGURE_PROFILER definition

BIT(13) in HYPERV_CPUID_FEATURES.EBX is described as "ConfigureProfiler" in
TLFS v4.0 but starting 5.0 it is replaced with 'Reserved'. As we don't
currently us it in kernel it can just be dropped.
