crypto: hisilicon/zip - Use hisi_qm_alloc_qps_node() when init ctx

Encapsulate hisi_qm_alloc_qps_node() to new interface to replace
find_zip_device(), which will fix the bug of creating QP failure
especially in multi-thread scenario.
