RDMA/mlx5: Set user priority for DCT
stable inclusion from stable-5.10.77 commit 10e40fb2f508f3b6af07c9bdc03595d3309d0e16 bugzilla: 185677 https://gitee.com/openeuler/kernel/issues/I4IAP7 Reference: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=10e40fb2f508f3b6af07c9bdc03595d3309d0e16 -------------------------------- commit 1ab52ac1 upstream. Currently, the driver doesn't set the PCP-based priority for DCT, hence DCT response packets are transmitted without user priority. Fix it by setting user provided priority in the eth_prio field in the DCT context, which in turn sets the value in the transmitted packet.
