avocado/profiler.py: remove module that has been a placeholder

The idea of profilers running along a test is a pretty common and
desirable feature. But, for avocado, at least for now, we're seing
that feature emerging as an extention of the sysinfo module.

So, to avoid confusion, let's remove this placeholder module.

Profilers are programs that run on background, that aim to measure some system
aspect, such as CPU usage, IO throughput, memory usage, syscall count, among
others.
This module implements the profiler class, that contains the needed skeleton
for people to implement their own profilers.
