As long as there is no other non-const variable marked __initdata in the same compilation unit it doesn't hurt. If there were one however compilation would fail with error: $variablename causes a section type conflict because a section containing const variables is marked read only and so cannot contain non-const variables. Split at91_pm_init() in three variants that are called by the respective SoCs .init_machine. The irq fixup from at91_sysirq_mask_rtc and at91_sysirq_mask_rtt is now handled by aic_common_rtc_irq_fixup and aic_common_rtt_irq_fixup. Remove those useless functions. OLD_CLK_AT91 & OLD_IRQ_AT91 were only selected by entries in Kconfig.non_dt that are now gone. So we remove all this legacy stuff and select the proper options in the SOC_ entries. As USE_OF is now selected directly in arch/arm/Kconfig AT91 entry, we can safely remove it everywhere in this file.
