Define MEDIA_BUS_FMT macros (re-using the values defined in the
v4l2_mbus_pixelcode enum) into a separate header file so that they can be
used from the DRM/KMS subsystem without any reference to the V4L2
subsystem.

Then set V4L2_MBUS_FMT definitions to the MEDIA_BUS_FMT values using the
V4L2_MBUS_FROM_MEDIA_BUS_FMT macro.

add new enum entries for supporting the media-bus formats on dm365.
These include some bayer and some non-bayer formats.
V4L2_MBUS_FMT_YDYUYDYV8_1X16 and V4L2_MBUS_FMT_UV8_1X8 are used
internal to the hardware by the resizer.
V4L2_MBUS_FMT_SBGGR10_ALAW8_1X8 represents the bayer ALAW format
that is supported by dm365 hardware.

This patch adds media bus pixel code for the interleaved JPEG/UYVY
image format used by S5C73MX Samsung cameras. This interleaved image
data is transferred on MIPI-CSI2 bus as User Defined Byte-based Data.
It also defines an experimental vendor and device specific media bus
formats section and adds related DocBook documentation.

Adding new pixel codes at the end of the enumeration will soon create a
mess, so group the pixel codes by type and sort them by bus_width, bits
per component, samples per pixel and order of subsamples.

As the codes are part of the kernel ABI their value can't change when a
new code is inserted in the enumeration, so they are given an explicit
numerical value. When inserting a new pixel code developers must use and
update the next free value.

The v4l2_mbus_framefmt structure will be part of the public userspace
API and used (albeit indirectly) as an ioctl argument. As such, its size
must be fixed across userspace ABIs.

Replace the v4l2_field and v4l2_colorspace enums by __u32 fields and add
padding for future enhancements.

The header defines the v4l2_mbus_framefmt structure which will be used
by the V4L2 subdevs userspace API.

Change the type of the v4l2_mbus_framefmt::code field to __u32, as enum
sizes can differ between different ABIs on the same architectures.

Video subdevices, like cameras, decoders, connect to video bridges over
specialised busses. Data is being transferred over these busses in various
formats, which only loosely correspond to fourcc codes, describing how video
data is stored in RAM. This is not a one-to-one correspondence, therefore we
cannot use fourcc codes to configure subdevice output data formats. This patch
adds codes for several such on-the-bus formats and an API, similar to the
familiar .s_fmt(), .g_fmt(), .try_fmt(), .enum_fmt() API for configuring those
codes. After all users of the old API in struct v4l2_subdev_video_ops are
converted, it will be removed. Also add helper routines to support generic
pass-through mode for the soc-camera framework.
