Properly define the CAMIF interrupt resources. This device have two interrupts - corresponding to the "codec" and "preview" data paths. IRQ_CAM is handled internally by the architecture and demultiplexed to IRQ_S3C2440_CAM_C and IRQ_S3C2440_CAM_P - these interrupts only should be handled in the driver. Make it easier to switch to the common clock API by making the existing clock API implementation depend on a Kconfig symbol which is enabled when the common clock API is disabled. This means that we can have some SoCs using the common clock API and some using the existing API rather than needing a flag day to convert the entire family of devices over. While upgrading the kernel on a S3C2412 based board I've noted that it was impossible to boot the board with a 2.6.32 or upper kernel. I've tracked down the problem to the EBI virtual memory mapping that is in conflict with the IO mapping definition in arch/arm/mach-s3c24xx/s3c2412.c. A seperate bus_type instance is not required for EXYNOS5. The existing bus_type instance used with EXYNOS4 is sufficient for both EXYNOS4 and EXYNOS5. This also solves issue of uninitialized usage of exynos4_subsys in EXYNOS4 power management code that is reused for EXYNOS5 also. In addition to that, the existing exynos4_subsys bus_type is renamed to exynos_subsys to indicate that it is reused on both EXYNOS4 and EXYNOS5 platforms. The decision to enable or disable the data output to the lcd panel from the controller need not be based on the value of 'default_win' element in the platform data. The video interface timing is independent of the window setup data. The resolution of the window can be smaller than that of the lcd panel to which the video data is output. So move the video timing data from the per-window setup data to the platform specific section in the platform data. This also removes the restriction that atleast one window should have the same resolution as that of the panel attached. This patch removes System MMU device driver from arm/plat-s5p tree for transition to implement IOMMU driver.
