Use uninterruptible mutex_lock in the release() file op to make
sure all resources are properly freed when a process is being
terminated. Returning -ERESTARTSYS has no effect for a terminating
process and this may cause driver resources not to be released.
This patch is required for stable kernels v3.5+.

Make sure when fimc and fimc-lite capture video node is registered
it has valid pipeline_ops assigned to it. Otherwise when a video
node is opened right after is was registered there, might be an
attempt to use ops that are just being assigned, after function
v4l2_device_register_subdev() returns.

In order to reuse the FIMC-LITE module on Exynos4 and Exynos5
SoC introduce a set of callbacks for the media pipeline control
from within FIMC/FIMC-LITE video node. It lets us avoid symbol
dependencies between FIMC-LITE and the whole media device driver,
which simplifies the initialization sequences and doesn't
introduce issues preventing common kernel image for exynos4 and
exynos5 SoCs.
This patch also corrects following build errors:

When setting image format on subdev's sink pad there was no
propagation to the source pad. This resulted in wrong reported
format on the source pad and wrong device configuration when
used from subdev interace level only. Correct this by propagating
format from the sink to the source pad.

"v4l2-dev: add flag to have the core lock all file operations"
introduced an additional bit flag (V4L2_FL_LOCK_ALL_FOPS) that
should be set by drivers that use the v4l2 core lock for all file
operations. Since this driver has been merged at the same time as
the core changes it doesn't set this flags and thus its all file
operations except IOCTL are not properly serialized. Fix this by
adding file ops locking in the driver.

This patch drops the _ACTIVE part from the selection target names
as a prerequisite to unify the selection target names across the subdev
and regular video node API.

The meaning of V4L2_SEL_TGT_*_ACTIVE and V4L2_SUBDEV_SEL_TGT_*_ACTUAL
selection targets is logically the same. Different names add to confusion
where both APIs are used in a single driver or an application. For some
system configurations different names may lead to interoperability issues.

For backwards compatibility V4L2_SEL_TGT_CROP_ACTIVE and
V4L2_SEL_TGT_COMPOSE_ACTIVE are defined as aliases to V4L2_SEL_TGT_CROP
and V4L2_SEL_TGT_COMPOSE. These aliases will be removed after deprecation
period, according to Documentation/feature-removal-schedule.txt.

Fix this, as well as potential memory leaks due to not calling
v4l2_fh_release() on some error paths.

Also remove some error logs printed for events that aren't critical and
are normal conditions for some system configurations.

Also check if the device have been properly run-time enabled during

This patch adds driver for FIMC-LITE camera host interface. This new IP
differs from the regular FIMC IP in that it doesn't have input DMA,
scaler and color space conversion support. So it just plain camera host
interface for MIPI-CSI2 and ITU-R interfaces. For the serial bus support
it interworks with MIPI-CSIS and the exisiting s5p-csis driver.
The FIMC-LITE and MIPI-CSIS drivers can also be reused in the Exynos5
SoC series.
