This patch (as1643b) fixes a build error in ehci-hcd when compiling for
ARM with allmodconfig:

The fix is to convert ehci-mxc over to the new "ehci-hcd is a library"

driver.  As part of the conversion the ehci_mxc_priv data structure,
which was allocated dynamically, is now placed where it belongs: in
the private area at the end of struct ehci_hcd.

This patch (as1625) splits the PCI portion of ehci-hcd out into its
own separate driver module, called ehci-pci.  Consistently with the
current practice, the decision whether to build this module is not
user-configurable.  If EHCI and PCI are enabled then the module will
be built, always.

some out of tree user, the same functionnality can be restored using the
ohci-platform driver using the following platform_data parameters:

With "select USB_ISP1301 ...", it could happen that I2C isn't selected although

As the FS USB code is not being actively used for omap2+
there's no point keeping it around for omap2+.

Let's make the FS USB platform init code omap1 only so
we can remove the last user of omap_read/write for omap2+,
and simplify things for further USB, DMA, and device tree
related work.

While at it, also group the mach includes for the related
drivers.

There are three Kconfig entries with "--- help ---" attributes, and over
2000 Kconfig entries with "---help---" attributes.  Apparently the three
attributes with embedded spaces are valid. Still, I see little reason
for using this obscure variant. And replacing those three attributes
with the common variant makes grepping Kconfig files for help texts a
bit easier too.

This adds a USB driver using the generic platform device driver for the
USB controller found on the Broadcom ssb bus. The ssb bus just
exposes one device which serves the OHCI and the EHCI controller at the
same time. This driver probes for this USB controller and creates and
registers two new platform devices which will be probed by the new
generic platform device driver. This makes it possible to use the EHCI
and the OCHI controller on the ssb bus at the same time.

The old ssb OHCI USB driver will be removed in the next step as this
driver also provide an OHCI driver and an EHCI for the cores supporting
it.

This patch adds support for big endian GRUSBHC UHCI controllers.
The HCD bus glue will probe the register interface to determine
the endianness of the controller.

Tested on GR-LEON4-ITX board which has a controller with little endian
interface and on custom LEON3 board with a BE controller.

This patch adds support for universal host controllers that use
big endian descriptors. Support for BE descriptors requires a non-PCI
host controller. For kernels with PCI-only UHCI there should be no
change in behaviour.

This patch tries to replicate the technique used to support BE descriptors
in the EHCI HCD. Parts added to uhci-hcd.h are basically copy'n'paste from
ehci.h.
