* IDEFLOPPY_TICKS_DELAY assumed HZ == 100, fix it * increase the delay to 50ms (to match comment in the code) Thanks to Manfred Scherer <manfred.scherer.mhm@t-online.de> for reporting the problem and testing the patch. Signed-off-by: NBartlomiej Zolnierkiewicz <bzolnier@elka.pw.edu.pl>

Fix a build problem when IDEFLOPPY_DEBUG_BUGS is turned off, and eliminate an access to memory that is no longer allocated (causing systems to fail booting when CONFIG_DEBUG_PAGEALLOC is turned on). Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
