Translation SCSI commands to NVMe commands is rather pointless in general as applications must not expext to be able to use SCSI commands on a generic block device. Make the huge translation layer optional and hope no one will ever enable it in the future. Signed-off-by: NChristoph Hellwig <hch@lst.de> Signed-off-by: NJens Axboe <axboe@fb.com>

The nvme driver was moved from drivers/block, losing our implicit dependency on CONFIG_BLOCK. This makes it an explicit driver dependency. This patch moves the NVMe driver from drivers/block/ to its own new drivers/nvme/host/ directory. This is in preparation of splitting the current monolithic driver up and add support for the upcoming NVMe over Fabrics standard. The drivers/nvme/host/ is chose to leave space for a NVMe target implementation in addition to this host side driver.
