Each text file under Documentation follows a different format. Some doesn't even have titles! Change its representation to follow the adopted standard, using ReST markups for it to be parseable by Sphinx. This file is almost at ReST format. Just one title needs to be adjusted, in order to follow the standard. Signed-off-by: NMauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab@s-opensource.com> Signed-off-by: NJonathan Corbet <corbet@lwn.net>

This simple document only needs to promote its title to be using the standard we're using for document texts. Yet, IMHO, it would be worth merging this file with Documentation/pnp.txt in the future.
