The default_video_input and default_audio_input module parameters are
only used inside the hdpvr-core.c file so make them static.

This will remove the following sparse warnings (see "make C=1"):
 * warning: symbol 'default_video_input' was not declared. Should it be static?
 * warning: symbol 'default_audio_input' was not declared. Should it be static?

sizeof(print_buf) is just the size of the pointer.  Change it to the size
used in the allocation of print_buf earlier in the same function.

A simplified version of the semantic patch that finds this problem is as

Fix all device drivers to use the new video_device_node_name function.

This also strips kernel log messages from the "/dev/" prefix, has the device
node location is a userspace policy decision unknown to the kernel.

unlock io_mutex in hdpvr_stop_streaming hdpvr_disconnect to allow the
streaming worker to stop before we flush the workqueue.
do not return to user space with mutex held in vidioc_encoder_cmd with
an unknown encoder command.

The device encodes component video up to 1080i to a MPEG-TS stream with
H.264 video and stereo AAC audio. Newer firmwares accept also AC3
(up to 5.1) audio over optical SPDIF without reencoding.
Firmware upgrade is unimplemeted but rather unimportant since
the firmware sits on a flash chip.

The I2C adapter to drive the integrated infrared receiver/sender is
currently disabled due to a conflict with cx18-based devices.
