This follows the sparc changes a439fe51.

Most of the moving about was done with Sam's directions at:

with subsequent hacking and fixups entirely my fault.

Many files include the filename at the beginning, serveral used a wrong one.

Some of these were dropped in the header directory rework, add
the few missing ones back in.
