In --stdio we turn off color output when the output is not a tty, which is not always desirable, for instance, in: perf annotate | more the 'more' tool is perfectly capable of processing the escape sequences for colored output. Allow using the existing logic for .perfconfig's "color.ui" to be used from the command line by providing a stdio__config_color() helper, that will be used by annotate and report in follow up patches. Separate out GTK codes to a shared object called libperf-gtk.so. This time only GTK codes are built with -fPIC and libperf remains as is. Now run GTK hist and annotation browser using libdl. Now that the map browser shares the input routine with the hists browser, there is no need for using any libnewt routine, so remove all traces except for honouring NO_NEWT=1 on the makefile command line as an indication that TUI support is not needed, in fact it just sets NO_SLANG=1. No need to unblock it at each ui__getch() and also allow other users to check if a resize is needed, or force an refresh of terminal dimensions. The 'force' one shouldn't be needed, but its in a slow path, so leave it like that for now, I'll revisit this another day. The ui operations so far were used by just one thread, but 'perf top --tui' now has two threads updating the screen, so we need to use a mutex to avoid garbling the screen.
