Some platforms (like OMAP not to name it) are doing rather complicated hacks just to determine the base UART address to use. Let's give their addruart macro some slack by providing an extra work register which will allow for much needed cleanups. This is basically a no-op as this commit is only adding the extra argument to the macro but no one is using it yet. Rather than checking the MMU status in every instance of addruart, do it once in kernel/debug.S, and change the existing addruart macros to return both physical and virtual addresses. The main debug code can then select the appropriate address to use. This will also allow us to retreive the address of a uart for the MMU state that we're not current in. Otherwise more complicated uart configuration won't be possible. We can use r1 for tmp register for both head.S and debug.S. NOTE: This patch depends on another patch to add the the tmp register into all debug-macro.S files. Symbols like SOFT_RESET are way too generic to be exported at large. To avoid this, let's move the mbus bridge register defines into a separate file and include it where needed. This affects mach-kirkwood, mach-loki, mach-mv78xx0 and mach-orion5x simultaneously as they all share code in plat-orion which relies on those defines. Some other defines have been moved to narrower scopes, or simply deleted when they had no user. This fixes compilation problem with mpt2sas on the above listed platforms. The Marvell Kirkwood (88F6000) is a family of ARM SoCs based on a Shiva CPU core, and features a DDR2 controller, a x1 PCIe interface, a USB 2.0 interface, a SPI controller, a crypto accelerator, a TS interface, and IDMA/XOR engines, and depending on the model, also features one or two Gigabit Ethernet interfaces, two SATA II interfaces, one or two TWSI interfaces, one or two UARTs, a TDM/SLIC interface, a NAND controller, an I2S/SPDIF interface, and an SDIO interface. This patch adds supports for the Marvell DB-88F6281-BP Development Board and the RD-88F6192-NAS and the RD-88F6281 Reference Designs, enabling support for the PCIe interface, the USB interface, the ethernet interfaces, the SATA interfaces, the TWSI interfaces, the UARTs, and the NAND controller. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
