o Driver firmware mailbox interface was operating in polling mode
  because of limitations with the earlier versions of 83xx adapter firmware.
  These issues are resolved and we are implementing interrupt based mailbox
  mechanism.

  qlcnic_config_npars module parameter is used to configure NPAR
  operational modes where NPAR function is used for PCI passthrough.

o When transmit timeout happens, recovery attempt should start with
  adapter soft reset. If soft reset fails to resume traffic, firmware
  dump will be collected and driver will perform a hard reset of the
  adapter. Reset recovery on 83xx was failing after a hard reset.
  This patch fixes that issue.
