Export a number of features required to build all the modules. It also implements the following simple features: (*) csum_partial_copy_from_user() for MMU as well as no-MMU. (*) __ucmpdi2(). so that they can be exported too. Signed-off-by: NDavid Howells <dhowells@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: NAndrew Morton <akpm@osdl.org> Signed-off-by: NLinus Torvalds <torvalds@osdl.org>

frv, sh64, ia64 and sparc64 do not have do_settimeofday() exported (the last two are using variant in kernel/time.c). Exports added to match the rest of architectures. Signed-off-by: NAl Viro <viro@zeniv.linux.org.uk> Signed-off-by: NLinus Torvalds <torvalds@osdl.org>

This patch cleans up a commonly repeated set of changes to the NTP state variables by adding two helper inline functions: ntp_clear(): Clears the ntp state variables ntp_synced(): Returns 1 if the system is synced with a time server. This was compile tested for alpha, arm, i386, x86-64, ppc64, s390, sparc, sparc64. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
