As there are now no remaining users of arch_fast_hash(), lets kill it entirely. This basically reverts commit 71ae8aac ("lib: introduce arch optimized hash library") and follow-up work, that is f.e., commit 23721754 ("lib: hash: follow-up fixups for arch hash"), commit e3fec2f7 ("lib: Add missing arch generic-y entries for asm-generic/hash.h") and last but not least commit 6a02652d ("perf tools: Fix include for non x86 architectures"). We're going to be adding a few new barrier primitives, and in order to avoid endless duplication make more agressive use of asm-generic/barrier.h. Change the asm-generic/barrier.h such that it allows partial barrier definitions and fills out the rest with defaults. There are a few architectures (m32r, m68k) that could probably do away with their barrier.h file entirely but are kept for now due to their unconventional nop() implementation. In order to promote interoperability between userspace tracers and ftrace, add a trace_clock that reports raw TSC values which will then be recorded in the ring buffer. Userspace tracers that also record TSCs are then on exactly the same time base as the kernel and events can be unambiguously interlaced. Tested: Enabled a tracepoint and the "tsc" trace_clock and saw very large timestamp values. v2: Move arch-specific bits out of generic code. v3: Rename "x86-tsc", cleanups v7: Generic arch bits in Kbuild. Commit ed7b1889 removed page.h from include/asm-generic/Kbuild so that it shouldn't get exported. However, it was redundantly listed in asm-mn10300/Kbuild and asm-x86/Kbuild too. Remove those as well, so it really stops being exported on those architectures. Also remove the redundant listing of ptrace.h and termios.h from mn10300.
