This patch adds support for auto ARP feature in mwifiex.
The device will respond to ARP requests from the network
with ARP response in suspended state without waking up the host.
This feature is enabled in the driver by default.

This patch enables 11h extensions in FW upon detecting DFS
channel in start radar detection/channel switch handlers.
Patch also takes care of disabling 11h when non DFS channels
are to be set during start_ap handler.

This patch adds support for channel report enabling.
Channel report event happens if radar is detected on specified channel
after driver has issued radar detect command within CAC time.
Driver in turn sends RADAR_DETECTED event to cfg80211 to tell radar was
detected within CAC time.

This patch adds support for cfg80211 start_radar_detection handler.
Upon reception of start_radar_detection, driver prepares radar detect
command to FW.

Delayed work is queued for CAC time which sends radar detection finished
event to cfg80211.

This patch adds support to get number of BA streams
supported information from FW. Some newer chips(e.g. 8897 series)
support 4 BA streams for TX; so driver should not disallow BA stream
setup just after 2 streams have been established.

This patch adds support to record channel statistics during
scan. With extended scan, scan results are returned as events from
FW while channel statistics are part of scan command response.
We store these channel statistics in adapter.

With scan channel gap when any station/AP is active, FW comes back
to connected channel for any pending data transfter after scanning each
channel.
We set scan channel gap TLV to FW in scan command when any of the
interface is active. This enables scan channel gap in FW.
Also when scan channel gap is enabled, we would scan maximum channels
allowed by FW.

Scan channel gap is supported only on FW with V15 FW API.

If host sleep parameter gap is set to 0xff, firmware will wait
for an ack from host to confirm the success of host wakeup.
This prevents firmware from uploading data packet before host
actually wakes up.

This patch adds handling of updating rx sequence number for
packets received from TDLS peer. Current implementation of
mwifiex_queueing_ra_based assumes station would always receive
packets from AP which is not true in case of TDLS.
Fix this by adding this case.

This patch adds code to disable TDLS link upon reception of TDLS
teardown event from peer. Teardown event can happen either
because of TDLS teardown packet from peer or internal timeout
configured during TDLS setup. Event is propogated to cfg80211
so that userspace application can take appropriate action.

This patch adds configuration timeout for TDLS link. This is
configuered at the time of TDLS link configuration. If TDLS link
is inactive for more than timeout, FW will tear this link.

To set AP in 1X1 or 2X2 mode through hostapd, we need to set
RX-STBC* in hostapd.conf file. Depending upon RX-STBC bit in
ht_cap IE received from hostapd, we need to update mcs set in
bss_cfg appropriately before starting AP.

Even if the device is changed to 1X1 mode, data is sent with
higher MCS rates after association.

This patch fixes the problem by updating MCS information field
in HT capability when antenna setting changes so that correct
information will be advertised in association and probe request.

During TDLS setup request/response, if HW is 11ac capable,
we add VHT Capability IEs in outgoing data frame. Also while
processing received setup request/response, we preserve peer's
11ac capability retrieved from IEs.

Patch also gets VHT parameters from config_station handlers and
sets it to FW using TDLS config command.

This patch adds cfg80211 handler tdls_oper handler support to
mwifiex. Upon enable link, driver sets status as TDLS status as
setup complete and also sets AMSDU size, AMPDU params for direct
link. Upon disable link, driver issues command to FW to delete
this link in FW.

In extended scan, host gets scan results through one or
multiple events instead of scan command response. Host will
send next scan command when all the events are received.

Legacy scan sometimes truncates scan results in a noisy
environment due to buffer length limitation. This issue
is addressed in extended scan.

'mwifiex_bcn_param' structure contains five parameters which
are present in beacon buffer in case of legacy scan.

'rssi' field won't be there in this buffer for extended scan.
Hence 'bssid' and 'rssi' are removed from the structure and it is
renamed as 'mwifiex_fixed_bcn_param' so that we can have common
parsing logic later for both.
