Move the kirkwood DT support into mach-mvebu, and make them part of ARCH_MULTI_V5. Minimal changes have been made in order to make it boot. Cleanup of the header files and integration with mvebu will take place in following patches. In order to help Debian transition between mach-kirkwood and mach-mvebu, the DTS files are compiled for both, allowing Debian to continue using mach-kirkwood until all remaining boards are supported by mach-mvebu. Debian is then expected to simply swap from mach-kirkwood to mach-mvebu and mach-kirkwood will be removed. In order to be able to move DT support into mach-mvebu, the DT code needs to be cleanly separated from common and pcie code. Import the needed bits of these files into board-dt.c. Commit 2326f043 (ARM: kirkwood: convert to DT irqchip and clocksource) dropped the call to kirkwood_timer_init() when booting with DT. This results in kirkwood_tclk not being set and the boot message is now: Kirkwood: MV88F6281-A0, TCLK=0 This patch modifies the message for printing only the kirkwood id, as it allows to detect if we're running A0/A1/... variants with a simple dmesg. Ethernet IP on Kirkwood SoCs loose their MAC address register content if clock gated. To allow modular ethernet driver setups and gated clocks also on non-DT capable bootloaders, we fixup port device nodes with no valid MAC address property. This patch copies MAC address register contents set up by bootloaders early, notably before ethernet clocks are gated. While at it, also reorder call sequence in _dt_init. kirkwood_setup_wins is the last manual caller of mbus in kirkwood, don't call it for DT boards and rely on the DT having a mbus node with a proper ranges property to setup these windows. Move all the mbus ranges properties for all boards into kirkwood.dtsi, since they are currently all the same. This makes the DT self consistent, since the physical address of the NAND and CRYPTO are both referenced internally. The arbitary Linux constants KIRKWOOD_NAND_MEM_PHYS_BASE and KIRKWOOD_SRAM_PHYS_BASE no longer have to match the DT values. This commit converts the Marvell DB-88F6281/DB-88F6282 board to the Device Tree. In fact, the code was supporting two different boards: one with the 6281 SoC variant, and one with the 6282 SoC variant. The difference between the two being that the 6281 has one PCIe interface, and the 6282 has two PCIe interfaces. In order to handle that with the Device Tree, we create a 'kirkwood-db.dtsi' file that contains the definitions common to both boards, and 'kirkwood-db-88f6281.dts' and 'kirkwood-db-88f6282.dts' for the definitions specific to each board. This is similar to what is done for the QNAP TS219 Kirkwood platform. We have kept one single Kconfig option, just like it was before. This commit migrates the mach-kirkwood platforms to use the mvebu-mbus driver and therefore removes the Kirkwood-specific addr-map code. The kirkwood_init_early() function is now responsible for initializing the mvebu-mbus driver by calling mvebu_mbus_init(). The address decoding windows are now registered in the kirkwood_setup_wins() function. It is worth noting that the four PCIe address decoding windows will ultimately no longer have to be registered here: it will be done automatically by the PCIe driver once Kirkwood has been migrated to use the upcoming mvebu PCIe driver. The ethernet controller used on kirkwood looses its MAC address register contents when the corresponding clock is gated. As soon as mv643xx_eth is built as module, the clock gets gated and when loading the module, the MAC address is gone. Proper DT support for the mv643xx_eth driver is expected soon, so we add a workaround to always enable ge0/ge1 clocks on kirkwood. This workaround is also already used on non-DT kirkwood kernels.
