The old access methods to the gpios will be removed when
all users has been converted. (mainly ucb1x00-ts)

So drivers like collie_battery driver can use
those files easier.

Add support for the core of the multimedia communication port
framework.  This is a port used to communicate with devices
with two DMA paths and a control path.
