USB generic driver Do not use more than one packet in synchronization feedback URBs because it would be pointless to send or receive more than one value at the same time. Signed-off-by: NClemens Ladisch <clemens@ladisch.de>

USB generic driver Add sanity checks when reading the bRefresh value, and actually use it for the synchronization packets instead of polling at 1000 Hz. Signed-off-by: NClemens Ladisch <clemens@ladisch.de>

USB generic driver,USB USX2Y Without this patch, some usb kobjects, which are parents to the usx2y's kobjects can be freed before the usx2y's. This led to an oops in get_kobj_path_length() and a dead keyboard, when the usx2y's kobjects were freed. The patch ensures the correct sequence. Tested ok on kernel 2.6.12-rc2. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
