A single doorbell page is plenty for cik kms compute. Use a single page and manage doorbell allocation by individual doorbells rather than pages. Stop fiddling with jiffies, always wait for RADEON_FENCE_JIFFIES_TIMEOUT. Consolidate the two wait sequence implementations into just one function. Starting on CIK, multi-media blocks like UVD no longer have special power state. Rather they have their own DPM implementation which adjusts their clocks dynamically when active.
